UESPI promove palestras sobre programa Ciência sem Fronteiras
Os alunos da Universidade Estadual do Piauí- UESPI receberão esclarecimentos acerca do programa do Governo Federal Ciência sem Fronteiras. O Prof. Dr. Francisco da Chagas Alves Lima vai ministrar palestras em todos os campi da UESPI a partir da próxima sexta-feira (14/03), a fim de divulgar e incentivar a participação dos estudantes no programa.
O Ciência sem Fronteiras é resultado de uma parceria entre o Ministério da Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação (MCTI) e do Ministério da Educação (MEC) através de instituições de fomento e Secretarias de Ensino Superior e de Ensino Tecnológico do MEC. O programa possibilita o intercâmbio de estudantes brasileiros em instituições de ensino superior em vários países do mundo. “O intercâmbio estimula os alunos a adquirirem experiências fora do país que depois serão aplicadas por eles aqui”, explica o Prof. Dr. Francisco Lima, docente do Curso de Química e Assessor especial da Vice-reitoria da UESPI.
Além dos estudantes, os professores dos cursos de Ciencias Básicas e Tecnológicas e de Saúde serão contemplados pelas palestras. A atividade ainda vai incluir o tema “Projetos de internacionalização”, para destacar formas de captação de recursos através de editais financiados por redes de fomento nacionais – como a Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior(CAPES) e Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico (CNPQ) – e no estabelecimento de parcerias com instituições internacionais. Recentemente a UESPI realizou parceria com o instituto alemão Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Technology and Advanced Materials (IFAM) e a Universidade Técnica de Dresden, através de um projeto de Francisco Lima.
