Secretaria de Saúde firma parceria com Judiciário na instalação de Unidade de Registro
J.Pereira – A Prefeitura de Picos, através da secretaria municipal de Saúde é um dos órgãos parceiros de um Projeto que tem como missão principal instalar Unidades Interligadas ao Sistema de Registro Civil no município. Por determinação do Tribunal de Justiça do Piauí a 27ª Unidade foi instalada, oficialmente, na tarde desta quinta-feira (25), em uma sala do Hospital Regional Justino Luz.
Além do Juiz auxiliar da Corregedoria do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado, José Ayrton Medeiros, participaram da solenidade de instalação do ponto de cartório do Hospital, a secretária de Saúde do município de Picos, Ana Eulálio; o diretor do Hospital Regional Justino Luz, médico José Ayrton Bezerra e o representante da secretaria Nacional de Direitos Humanos, Simplício Mário.
O novo sistema tem por objetivo desenvolver, gerenciar e manter instrumentos que facilitem a obtenção do registro civil. Em Picos, atualmente, são realizados uma média de 150 a 200 partos por mês. Com a implantação da Unidade, todas as crianças nascidas no Regional terão, agora, acesso a emissão do registro antes mesmo da mãe receber alta.
Para a secretária Ana Eulálio, a iniciativa do judiciário fortalece um movimento já em curso no País desde o ano de 2012 cuja missão principal é defender a cidadania plena. ” Isso é uma conquista para a criança. É uma conquista para a família e é o cumprimento de uma responsabilidade do Poder Público mediante a existência civil de um cidadão, frisou.
Uma das principais vantagens do novo sistema, no entendimento do juiz José Airton de Medeiros, é garantir a perpetuidade das informações, ou seja, todos os dados relacionadas a registro civil serão armazenadas em um computador central do Tribunal de Justiça, também conhecido como sala cofre, imune a qualquer tipo de dano. “Trata-se de uma revolução já que Picos, a partir de agora, estará interligado com todos os estados do Brasil”, disse o magistrado.
