A Subseção Judiciária de Picos divulgou hoje (24) o balanço parcial dos primeiros dois dias de audiências do mutirão previdenciário. Nas audiências realizadas segunda (22) e terça-feira (23), foram homologados 316 acordos e negociados R$ 1.557.318,29. De acordo com o balanço parcial, o mutirão registrou um percentual de 70,22% de acordos homologados.
O mutirão prossegue até sábado (27), com a participação de seis juízes federais. Cada juiz federal realiza, diariamente, cerca de 40 audiências, nos turnos manhã e tarde. “Um relevante diferencial desse mutirão consiste na imediata implantação dos benefícios e expedição das requisições de pagamento dos atrasados, cujo efetivo recebimento pelos segurados ocorrerá ainda antes do final desse ano”, explicou Gilson Neiva Santos, diretor de Secretaria da Subseção Judiciária de Picos.
As audiências pautadas para o mutirão abrangem pedidos de benefícios como auxílio-doença, salário-maternidade, aposentadoria por idade, aposentadoria por invalidez, pensão por morte, aposentadoria rural e benefício assistencial.
O mutirão de audiências da Subseção Judiciária de Picos é coordenado pelo diretor da Subseção, juiz federal Nazareno César Moreira Rêis, e tem a participação de mais cinco juízes federais: Maízia Seal Carvalho Pamponet, juíza federal da 22.ª Vara/JEF da Seção Judiciária da Bahia; Derivaldo de Figueiredo Bezerra Filho, juiz federal da 4.ª Vara (Execução Fiscal) da Seção Judiciária do Piauí; João Paulo Pirôpo de Abreu, juiz federal substituto da 2.ª Vara (Criminal) da Seção Judiciária da Bahia; Rodrigo Pinheiro do Nascimento, juiz federal da Vara Única (Geral com JEF Adjunto) da SSJ de Campo Formoso /BA; e José Gutemberg de Barros Filho, juiz federal substituto da 3.ª Vara (Geral) da Seção Judiciária do Piauí.
