Sussuapara realiza com sucesso a II Semana do Bebê

Foi encerrada na manhã de hoje, dia 27, a II Semana do Bebê do município de Sussuapara, iniciada na última segunda-feira, 23. O evento foi realizado numa parceria envolvendo as secretarias de Saúde, Educação, Assistência Social, Conselho Municipal de Assistência Social e Comissão Pro Selo Unicef, com o apoio irrestrito da Prefeitura de Sussuapara.
Como fizeram na abertura, o prefeito Edvardo Rocha, o secretário de Saúde, Naerton Moura e o vereador Antônio Ramiro, participaram das atividades de encerramento do evento, que aconteceu no Centro de Saúde na sede do município. Na oportunidade, foram disponibilizados vários serviços de saúde como exames de prevenção, avaliação cardiológica e das mamas, glicemia capilar, aferição de pressão arterial, aplicação de flúor, palestra sobre alimentação na gestação e na primeira infância, como também outros benefícios como escova e prancha para as mulheres, corte de cabelo, pula pula e sorteio de brindes para as crianças.
Com o tema “Primeira Infância: Tempo de cuidar para toda vida brilhar”, a II Semana do Bebê foi uma estratégia de mobilização social apoiada pelo UNICEF, tendo como objetivo tornar o direito à sobrevivência e ao desenvolvimento de crianças de até 6 anos prioridade na agenda municipal. Alunos do curso de Fisioterapia da Faculdade R. Sá e colaboradores do Sistema SEST/SENAT também participaram da mobilização de hoje.
De acordo com o secretário Naerton Moura, a ideia é incentivar os parceiros envolvidos a realizar uma grande mobilização, com atividades previamente definidas, em favor da primeira infância, já que os seis primeiros anos de vida são fundamentais para o desenvolvimento integral da criança. “Nessa fase a criança desenvolve grande parte do potencial cognitivo que terá quando adulto. Portanto, por também ser uma recomendação de organismos internacionais, vamos continuar realizando e ampliando cada vez mais o evento “- garantiu.
