A Universidade Estadual do Piauí – UESPI, por meio da Pró-Reitoria de Ensino de Graduação — PREG, torna pública a disponibilidade de vagas em seus diversos Cursos de Graduação na modalidade presencial, conforme quadro demonstrativo anexo, para ingresso no período letivo 2017.1, de acordo com o que estabelece o Regimento Geral da Instituição e a Resolução CEPEX No 004/2008, de 29 de janeiro de 2008, na modalidade Portador de Diploma de Curso Superior.
De acordo com o que estabelece o Artigo 38, do Regimento Geral da UESPI, o ingresso através deste Edital objetiva o preenchimento de vagas por meio de ingresso como Portador de Diploma de Curso Superior. Podem candidatar-se graduados que desejem realizar novo Curso de Graduação, considerando as vagas e condições definidas neste Edital e na Resolução CEPEX No 004/2008, de 29/01/2008.
A solicitação de vaga para ingresso como Portador de Diploma de Curso Superior dar-se-á no período de 14 à 22/12 de 2016. O candidato deverá certificar-se da existência da vaga, conforme quadro demonstrativo (ANEXO I). O candidato deverá dirigir-se ao Protocolo Geral do Campus da UESPI ―Poeta Torquato Neto (em Teresina – PI), no horário de 8h às 13h, indicando no Requerimento a cidade/Campus e Curso pretendidos.
O Requerimento e a documentação exigida poderão ser encaminhados, via Sedex, ao Protocolo Geral da Universidade Estadual do Piauí, Rua João Cabral, No 2231-N, Bairro Pirajá, Teresina-PI, CEP 64002-150, desde que a data da postagem corresponda ao período de solicitação de vaga.
Para solicitação da vaga o candidato deve ser portador de Diploma de Curso de Graduação, legalmente reconhecido, nos graus de Bacharelado ou
Licenciatura.
Para as inscrições: (Documentação exigida)
a) Requerimento de Inscrição, devidamente preenchido em formulário próprio (ANEXO II), com indicação do
Campus e Curso pretendido, conforme Quadro de vagas constante no ANEXO I, sob pena de eliminação desta
seleção;
b) Cópia autenticada em cartório do Diploma de Curso Superior devidamente registrado;
c) Cópia autenticada em cartório do Histórico Escolar correspondente ao Diploma de Curso Superior
apresentado;
d) Declaração da Instituição informando o Índice de Rendimento Acadêmico (IRA) obtido no Curso de
Graduação, caso este não conste no Histórico Escolar apresentado;
e) Cópia impressa do Currículo Lattes, disponível na Plataforma Lattes do Cnpq: http://lattes.cnpq.br/,
devidamente acompanhado de cópia APENAS da documentação que comprova as atividades e/ou publicações
constantes no ANEXO III;
f) Cópia autenticada em cartório de Documento de Identificação (com foto);
g) Cópia autenticada em cartório do CPF ou extraída da internet com autenticação eletrônica;
h) Procuração do candidato (original ou cópia autenticada em cartório), passado por instrumento público ou
particular com reconhecimento de firma, caso a inscrição seja feita por procurador.
NÃO poderá inscrever-se nesta seleção para ingresso como Portador de Diploma de Curso Superior, o
candidato que:
a) Não apresentar Diploma de Curso Superior;
b) Oriundo de Curso Sequencial de Formação Específica ou de Complementação de Estudos.
Não será permitido acréscimo de documentação após a realização da inscrição.
