A Secretaria Estadual de Saúde divulgou nesta segunda-feira (30) a lista dos 111 aprovados no concurso da pasta realizado em 2012 que foram convocados para assumir seus cargos. Estão sendo chamados médicos de diversas especialidades, enfermeiros, técnicos de enfermagem, psicólogo, técnico administrativo, técnico em patologia, farmacêutico, assistente social, terapeuta ocupacional e fisioterapeuta.
Os profissionais serão lotados nas cidades de Teresina, Floriano, Picos, Parnaíba, São Raimundo Nonato, Campo Maior, Elesbão Veloso e Bom Jesus.
A Sesapi já nomeou mais de 400 aprovados no concurso de 2012, o maior já realizado pela saúde do Piauí. Foram 904 vagas oferecidas. O concurso público tem validade de dois anos, podendo ser prorrogado por igual período a critério da Secretaria de Estado da Administração.

Apresentar duas cópias legíveis e autenticadas dos seguintes documentos:
1- Cédula de Identidade;
2- Cartão de Identificação de Contribuinte – CIC/CPF;
3- PIS OU PASEP (com data de cadastro);
4- Título de Eleitor (com comprovante de votação atualizado);
5- Certificado de Reservista ou Dispensa de Incorporação, se do gênero masculino;
6- Comprovante de endereço atualizado;
7- Comprovante da Escolaridade exigida nos Quadros 1 a 11 do Edital.
8- Certidão de Casamento, quando for o caso;
9- Declaração de bens que constituem o patrimônio do candidato (cópia da declaração apresentada para imposto de renda, ou digitada com firma reconhecida);
10- Declaração quanto ao exercício ou não de outro cargo, emprego ou função pública ou privada, anexando documentação comprobatória do vinculo;
11- Laudo médico fornecido pela Perícia Médica do Estado após apresentar os exames abaixo:
– Eletrocardiograma – raio-X do tórax – Glicemia – (em jejum);
A perícia médica emitirá parecer terminativo, observando as informações prestadas pelo candidato no ato da inscrição, a natureza das atribuições para o Cargo/Especialidade, a viabilidade das condições de acessibilidade e o ambiente de trabalho, a possibilidade de utilização, pelo candidato, de equipamentos ou outros meios que habitualmente utilize e a Classificação Internacional de Doenças apresentada.
12- Certidão negativa de antecedentes criminais fornecida pelo Fórum;
13- 01 foto 3×4;
14- Conta corrente banco do Brasil em nome do concursado.
