Acusado de estupro em São Paulo é preso pelo mesmo crime em Simões
A equipe do Comandante Subtenente. J. Araújo, da Unidade de Policia Militar do município de Simões, prendeu nesta ultima segunda-feira 08, Robson Elias Ferreira de Carvalho e José Wilson Araújo de Sousa, acusados de tentativa de estupro a uma viúva aposentada de 45 anos, residente no Bairro Soledade, em Simões – PI.
A vitima Francisca das Chagas da Conceição, 45 anos, viúva e aposentada, estava na sua residência, quando por volta das 01h20min da madrugada foi surpreendida pelos dois elementos que arrombaram a porta de sua casa e tentaram estuprá-la.
Mesmo imobilizada pelos elementos a vitima conseguiu gritar, onde seu filho ao ouvir acionou a ROTA (Equipe de Segurança Particular), que conseguiu identificar um dos acusados (Robson Elias), o outro conseguiu fugir sem ser identificado.
Na segunda, após registrar o Boletim de Ocorrência (BO), a policia fez diligencia e conseguiu prender Robson, que segundo a Policia Militar, já estava de malas prontas para viajar, após a sua prisão, foi identificado o segundo elemento, que em seguida foi preso.
Robson Elias e José Wilson foram levados para a Delegacia Regional de Policia Civil, onde o delegado Bruno os autuou por Arrombamento, Invasão de Domicilio e Tentativa de Estupro. Os mesmo estão à disposição da justiça.
Segundo a Policia Militar de Simões, Robson Elias Ferreira de Carvalho já têm passagens pela policia de Simões e de São Paulo, e em uma dessas passagens o mesmo é reincidente no crime de tentativa de estupro.
