Mais uma boca de fumo é desarticulada na cidade de Picos em menos de 24 horas. Dessa vez a Operação intitulada “Pedra de Jericó”, ocorreu no último sábado (24/09), e esteve sob o comando do Major PM Sousa Filho, sendo desencadeada no bairro Conduru, na rua 07 de setembro, 5596, onde funcionava o ponto de vendas de entorpecentes.
O local já vinha sendo observado há algum tempo pelo Serviço de Inteligência – SI do 4º BPM, que estava reunindo informações advindas principalmente através do telefone 190 (Emergência PM). De posse dos dados, o SI passou a monitorar o ambiente para posteriormente traçar a estratégia que culminou na prisão da traficante de nome Raabe César do Nascimento.
A campana foi montada nas proximidades da boca de fumo, onde os operadores puderam observar e constatar o comércio constante de drogas no local. Por volta das 23h30min, foi presa a primeira pessoa, que havia adquirido droga na boca de fumo. Trata-se de Roberto de Sousa Silva, que confirmou ter comprado uma pedra de crack no valor de R$ 5,00 (cinco reais). Na oportunidade as equipes de apoio foram acionadas, deslocando-se para o local que já estava dominado, oportunidade em que o próprio Major Sousa Filho juntamente com o SD Mauro da ROCAD havia dado voz de prisão a Raabe, que não esboçou reação. Todo o local foi vistoriado minuciosamente, sendo feita varredura em vários cômodos, sendo encontradas drogas (maconha, crack, cocaína), eletrodomésticos sem as devidas notas fiscais, dinheiro em espécie, celulares etc. O saldo foi 01 (um) tijolo de maconha pesando cerca de 83g, 21 (vinte e um) papelotes de cocaína prontos para venda, 100 (cem) pedras de crack, 2.008,00 (dois mil e oito reais) em espécie, dinheiro todo trocado, 06 (seis) chips da TIM, 03 (três) da VIVO, 03 (três) celulares SAMSUNG, 01 (um) celular NOKIA, 01 (um) colar de ouro e outro de pérolas, etc.
Outras pessoas que estavam no local também foram conduzidas, sendo estas: Cleytionon José de Lima, companheiro de Raab, Sérgio Marcos Vieira e os dois filhos menores de Raab, B. C. do N. e R. do N. de L., ambos devidamente acompanhados pelo Conselho Tutelar de Picos.
“Continuamos a combater o bom combate na luta contra as drogas. É uma batalha árdua que combatemos no dia a dia, mas que com a ajuda de todos, conseguiremos mitigar muito dessa problemática. Devemos agir sistemicamente (Polícia, sociedade etc.) em nossas ações, buscando construir masmorras ao vício”, frisou o Comandante do 4º BPM.
NOME DA OPERAÇÃO
Raabe é uma personagem do Antigo Testamento da Bíblia que, segundo o Livro de Josué, teria sido uma prostituta que morava nos muros da cidade de Jericó. De acordo com o relato bíblico, Raabe teria convertido-se a Deus e ajudado os espiões israelitas antes da invasão da cidade, hospedando-os em sua casa. Após a conquista de Jericó por Josué, a vida de Raabe é preservada juntamente com sua família. Após a destruição de Jericó, Raabe habitou entre os Israelitas e casou-se com Salmom. Deu a luz á Boaz, que foi bisavô de Davi, tornando-se assim, da linhagem de Jesus. Informa o Novo Testamento, no Evangelho segundo Mateus, que Raabe teria sido esposa de Salmom e mãe de Boaz (ou a avó no Evangelho segundo Lucas, entrando assim para a genealogia de Jesus Cristo e do rei Davi.
