PRF prende motorista com nível recorde de álcool no organismo em Valença
[ad#336×280]A Polícia Rodoviária Federal (PRF) de Valença prendeu na noite desta segunda-feira (05) o condutor de uma motocicleta que dirigia sob efeito de bebida alcoólica. O fato foi confirmado após o motorista, de iniciais R.C.O.N., de 30 anos, realizar o testo do bafômetro.
Ao perceberem um condutor pilotando uma motocicleta sem capacete de segurança e dirigia de forma desequilibrada, os policiais decidiram abordar o motociclista. Como a ordem de parada não foi atendida por R.C.O.N, os policiais o obrigaram a parar.
R.C.O.N, que residente em Teresina, apresentava sinais evidentes da ingestão de bebida alcoólica. Submetido ao teste do bafômetro ficou constatado que havia em seu organismo um teor de álcool equivalente a 1,93 mg/l – miligramas de álcool por litro de ar expelido.
Esta medida revela a embriaguez alcoólica do condutor, considerando que quase atinge a capacidade máxima de medição do aparelho, que está apto a realizar medições situadas numa escala que compreende o intervalo de 0,05 a 2,00 mg/l.
Além de estar sem capacete, ficou constatado que o condutor da moto HONDA/CG 125 FAN KS, emplacada em Pimenteiras/PI, não possui Carteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH) e estava circulando sem os documentos do veículo.
A ocorrência foi apresentada à Polícia Civil no município de Valença do Piauí.Mesmo com alterações da legislação que instituiu a chamada Lei Seca, a Polícia Rodoviária Federal registra aumento de 77% nos casos de flagrantes de motoristas que dirigem depois da ingestão de bebida alcoólica. No primeiro semestre de 2013 foram 556 casos. No mesmo período em 2012 registraram-se 314.
