Sebrae aponta Carreira Vitoriosa como a empresa mais inovadora do Piauí em 2014

A escola profissionalizante e agência de recrutamento e seleção de pessoal Carreira Vitoriosa, foi apontada pelo Sebrae Piauí, como a empresa com o maior grau de inovação entre 1.000 empresas de todo o Estado participantes do Programa Agentes Locais de Inovação-ALI, no biênio 2013/14. Alcançando o índice 4,7 numa escala de 0 a 5, no Radar da Inovação das Pequenas Empresas.

A empresa Carreira Vitoriosa foi idealizada pelo empreendedor Wedson Bezerra Pereira, um ex-Agente Local de Inovação do Sebrae, e inaugurada há apenas um ano e seis meses, em Picos. “É muito gratificante ver que estamos no caminho certo, e que em tão pouco tempo já deixamos um legado de empreendedorismo em nosso Estado, e, sobretudo, estamos contribuindo com o desenvolvimento de Picos e região”- comemora Wedson.

A história de sucesso da Carreira Vitoriosa e de outras 26 empresas piauienses foi publicada pelo Sebrae no livro Agentes Locais de Inovação: Amostra do Sucesso nas Empresas do Piauí, escrito e organizado pela consultora de Apoio de Gestão do Programa ALI, professora Fátima Matos. Representam ainda o município de Picos a PicosPlast, apontada como a segunda empresa mais inovadora do Estado, com índice 4,5,  a Capricci Italiani (4,2) e a Farmácia J. Lima (4,0).

CAMPANHA INOVADORA

A Carreira Vitoriosa irá lançar no próximo mês de outubro uma campanha de marketing inovadora, que pretende percorrer todos os bairros e povoados de Picos, mais 30 municípios da região, e vai premiar um cliente com um ano de supermercado de graça, mais um final de semana na praia, com direito a levar a pessoa amada, e tudo de graça.

CARTÃO DE DESCONTOS

Outra solução inovadora a ser também lançada, é o cartão de descontos Carreira, que pretende formar uma rede de lojas conveniadas para a concessão de descontos especiais aos seus clientes, em Picos e macrorregião.

RADAR DA INOVAÇÃO

A solução Sebrae Radar da Inovação nas Pequenas Empresas, foi desenvolvida pela Bachmann e Associados, com a finalidade de permitir uma avaliação objetiva dos esforços para tornar as pequenas empresas mais inovadoras. O Radar de Inovação avalia a empresa em 13 dimensões inter-relacionadas: agregação de valor, ambiência inovadora, cadeia de fornecimento, clientes, oferta, organização, plataforma, marca, presença, processos, rede, relacionamento e soluções.
