[ad#336×280]A Pró-Reitoria de Administração da Universidade Federal do Piauí – UFPI divulgou nota de esclarecimento sobre contratos com empresas terceirizadas prestadoras de serviço de apoio administrativo e de limpeza, que tiveram contratos rompidos.
Em virtude das quebras contratuais servidores terceirizados do campus da instituição na cidade de Picos entraram em greve na última terça-feira (11).

A Universidade Federal do Piauí (UFPI) realizou, recentemente, processo licitatório visando a substituição das empresas prestadoras de serviço de apoio administrativo e limpeza (AFG Construções e Serviços Ltda. e Ícone Locação de Mão de Obra Ltda. EPP), tendo em vista que as mesmas não vinham cumprindo de forma satisfatória as obrigações contratuais. As empresas Mafra Manutenção Serviços de Conservação e Limpeza Ltda., Asserti Limpeza e Conservação de Imóveis Ltda., vencedoras do certame licitatório, apresentaram documentos que comprovavam a capacidade técnica e financeira para o cumprimento das obrigações pactuadas.
Esclarecemos que a empresa Mafra Manutenção Serviços de Conservação e Limpeza Ltda. assinou contratos de prestação de serviço para os campi de Teresina, Parnaíba, Picos e Floriano em 26 de abril de 2013 e até a presente data não protocolou notas fiscais referentes aos serviços executados. Para a empresa Asserti Limpeza e Conservação de Imóveis Ltda., já foi efetuado pagamento das faturas referentes ao mês de Março/2013. As faturas referentes à Abril/2013 estão em fase de análise e complementação de documentos obrigatórios e até a manhã de hoje (13/06), a citada empresa ainda não protocolou faturas referentes à Maio/2013. Não existem faturas pendentes de pagamento para a empresa e PIVSEG – Piauí Vigilância e Segurança Ltda.
Ressaltamos que nos contratos assinados com as empresas supracitadas consta cláusula que veda à contratada a vinculação da efetivação do pagamento mensal dos salários dos profissionais ao recebimento mensal do valor a ser repassado pela UFPI.
Na oportunidade, informamos que os créditos devidos à empresa AFG Construções e Serviços Ltda. foram depositados em conta judicial, de modo a atender o Mandado de Cumprimento N° 002-00989/2013 expedido pela MM. 2ª Vara do trabalho de Teresina.
Buscando manter o compromisso com a transparência, informamos que as empresas fornecedoras/locadoras de mão de obra Mafra Manutenção Serviços de Conservação e Limpeza Ltda., Asserti Limpeza e Conservação de Imóveis Ltda. e PIVSEG – Piauí Vigilância e Segurança Ltda. já foram notificadas para regularizar e apresentar comprovantes de pagamento das obrigações trabalhistas e previdenciárias. Em função do não cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos em contrato para o pagamento de salários, vale transporte e vale alimentação, as providências já estão sendo adotadas quanto à aplicação de sanções administrativas (multas) e penalidades previstas na Lei n° 8666/93, obedecidos os prazos e, ainda, o direito à ampla defesa e ao contraditório.
Entendemos que o recebimento dos benefícios previstos em lei é direito do prestador de serviço e esta Instituição nunca se omitiu em notificar e fazer cumprir o estabelecido em contrato.
