Secretária reafirma compromisso com servidores e salários no mês subsequente ao vencido

Pereira – Ao reafirmar o seu compromisso com os servidores da secretaria municipal de Saúde, a secretária Ana Maria Menezes Neiva Eulálio, assegurou, mais uma vez, uma gestão transparente e participativa com pagamento de salários no mês subsequente ao vencido conforme calendário do Ministério da Saúde.
Ana Eulálio lembrou que a secretaria municipal de Saúde não tem poderes para determinar ao Ministério uma data específica de pagamento e que, a exemplo dos 5.564 municípios do Brasil, Picos segue um cronograma de descentralização e de repasses de recursos definido pelo próprio Ministério da Saúde. “Começamos a fazer o pagamento dos salários dos servidores do mês vencido a partir do dia 10 do mês subsequente. Por exemplo, o salário referente ao mês de junho começa ser pago a partir do dia 10 de julho”, explicou.
O pagamento, de acordo com ela, segue por todo o mês obedecendo a descentralização de recursos do Ministério da Saúde para o Fundo Municipal de Saúde.
Ana Eulálio explicou ainda que, na administração anterior, os funcionários da saúde não receberam nenhuma vez dentro do mês e que todos tem acesso ao site do Fundo Nacional de Saúde, sabendo, portanto, o dia que o Ministério efetua o repasse para o Fundo Municipal e, consequentemente, que o pagamento só pode ser efetivado após recebimento dos recursos do Ministério. “Sempre recebem no mês subsequente ao vencido e é o que está acontecendo na secretaria de Saúde hoje”, frisou.
