Desde a manhã da última sexta-feira, 10, a comunicação na cidade de Patos do Piauí, situada a 409 km de Teresina, está prejudicada. Os serviços prestados pela operadora Oi – telefonia fixa e internet velox – estão sem funcionar.
A causa do problema não foi informada aos consumidores e os prazos de resolução fornecidos pela empresa através do teleatendimento não são cumpridos. A cada reclamação, um novo prazo é informado. Enquanto isso, a população afetada pela interrupção do serviço passa por transtornos.
Usuários tem criticado o descaso da operadora Oi não apenas com relação a resolução do problema técnico, como também, em relação ao mau atendimento aos clientes.
